- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6000 Basic + 20% Target Bonus (Per Annum Gross) + Annual Leave
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Production, etc.) to ensure timely task completion.
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and databases while monitoring progress and addressing risks.
- Track documentation, production timelines, and logistics, acting as the main contact for clients and suppliers.
- Help build and maintain regional partnerships with clients and suppliers.
- Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and conduct market research.
- Represent the company in meetings with prospects, partners, or clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, project coordination, or client services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of the beauty/personal care industry is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
