Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities and hands-on leadership style.
  • Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for more senior roles, with compensation adjusted accordingly.
