Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and handle the business development team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, mentorship, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and maximize business impact.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations to support management decisions and business planning.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities and hands-on leadership style.
- Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for more senior roles, with compensation adjusted accordingly.
