Customer Service Coordinator

Job Scope:
- Provide customer support through phone and email.
- Prepare shipping and import/export documents following company SOPs and invoice orders after shipment closure.
- Track shipments to ensure they are cleared and delivered on time.
- Meet performance targets for all incoming and outgoing activities.
- Coordinate with the supervisor on warehouse tasks.
- Work with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.
- Keep the workplace organized and clean.
- Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Entry level is welcome to apply, training provided.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or customer service is preferred.
- Good communication skills and computer skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
