Customer Service/ Logistics Coordinator

Job Scope:
- Receive and process documentation for all local and export sales deliveries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor inventory levels and onduct regular stock audits and update inventory records.
- Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and all necessary documentation for outbound shipments.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain open communication with internal teams and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth movement of goods.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Entry level is welcome to apply; training will be provided
- Relevant 1–2 years of experience in customer service or logistics under freight forwarding is preferred
- Basic knowledge of import and export / shipping process.
- Able to work fast space environment and stay organized.
