Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process documentation for local/export deliveries, ensuring accuracy
  • Coordinate with HQ to meet delivery timelines
  • Schedule local deliveries and keep detailed records of all orders
  • Monitor stock levels, perform regular audits, and report discrepancies
  • Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and documents for outbound shipments
  • Support Receive and check incoming shipments for accuracy
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure smooth movement of goods
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following procedures
  • Support additional logistics activities as directed by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in logistics or supply chain management or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred
  • Preferably familiar with handheld scanners and computerised warehouse systems (WMS / ERP)
  • Physically able and willing to handle cartons when required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both office and warehouse teams
  • Committed to following all SOPs, company standards, and safety regulations to maintain a safe and positive work environment
  • Comfortable working with both data and on-the-ground operations
