Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant at Power Express Logistics, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and documentation
- Process and manage logistics-related paperwork and delivery orders
- Coordinate with drivers, clients, and operations team
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries professionally
- Prepare reports and update spreadsheets as required
- Assist with scheduling and appointment coordination
- Support general office operations and ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, email)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Minimum O-Level/N-Level education or equivalent
- Previous administrative or logistics experience is advantageous but not essential
