Job Description:
  • Manage front desk operations and attend to visitors and guests professionally.
  • Answer and transfer incoming phone calls; assist with general enquiries.
  • Handle courier services, including arranging pickups and distributing incoming mail.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are clean and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks to support office operations.
  • Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Support with any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum O-Level qualification or equivalent; higher qualifications preferred.
  • At least 2 years of front desk/reception experience.
  • Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office applications, email systems, and internet-based tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
