Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant

- Manage front desk operations and attend to visitors and guests professionally.
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls; assist with general enquiries.
- Handle courier services, including arranging pickups and distributing incoming mail.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are clean and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Support with any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum O-Level qualification or equivalent; higher qualifications preferred.
- At least 2 years of front desk/reception experience.
- Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office applications, email systems, and internet-based tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
