Logistics and Procurement Coordinator

- Manage and generate shipping, import, and export documentation (e.g., shipping invoices, packing lists, delivery orders) in compliance with Incoterms 2020.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation of goods with internal departments and external forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to monitor and ensure on-time delivery performance.
- Provide administrative support for procurement activities, including raising purchase orders, maintaining procurement records, and ensuring alignment with Gate 4 process requirements.
- Support vendor qualification and approval processes, maintaining an up-to-date vendor master list in SAP and/or Business Central.
- Track and expedite orders, follow up with vendors, and resolve any delivery or quality issues.Ensure procurement and logistics processes comply with company policies, client requirements, and ISO/BC standards.
