Logistics Coordinator (Import/Export / Air & Sea Freight)

Location: Raffles Place (2mins walk to DTL, 4mins walk to TEL)

5 Days Work Week, 9:00am– 6: 00pm

Salary: $2800 – $4000

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage local and overseas customer orders, book shipments, and prepare full shipping documents.
  • Handle end-to-end import/export for air, sea, and cross-trade shipments.
  • Update customers on shipment status, handle enquiries, and resolve any complaints.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, procurement) and overseas agents for smooth operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support repeat business.

Requirements:

  • NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in any field.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking stake holders).
