Job Scope:
- Handle customers' orders, inquiries, and shipment arrangements.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for timely delivery and collection.
- Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and related shipping documentation.
- Update and maintain shipment status and records in the system.
- Liaise with forwarders, suppliers, and customers to resolve delivery issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock control or replenishment.
- Support the logistics team in daily administrative tasks and reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all logistics transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination or customer service preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic knowledge of logistics systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
