Logistics, Accounts, HR and Admin STAFF
Logistics:
• Responsible for shipping operations including planning, optimization the shipping process and comply to the regulation.
• Handle Import/Export permit application.
• Responsible in strategizing and planning for shipping & distribution activities to ensure the smooth operations of shipping finished goods for customers.
• Ensure the relevant documentation has been prepared and attached to the shipment of finished goods such as Delivery Order, Commercial invoice, loading plans, truck fill design etc.
• Work closely with internal department, especially Sales & Warehouse department to ensure on-time shipment and in accordance with the agreed schedule.
• Plan, establish work schedules, assignment, and logistics sequences to ensure transportation and distribution of finished goods are performed in an accurate, timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensure that effective communication with suppliers and customers regarding shipping matters.
• Ensure on-time and accurate delivery if goods to customers if finished.
• Control standards in broad area of product inspection and logistical inspection.
• Thorough understanding of inventory policies and procedures, especially shipping and delivery.
• Promote & inculcate safety, health and environment and quality awareness among workforces.
• Work with Purchaser on the timely delivery of goods from suppliers.
Store in-charge (Service):
• Assist in maintaining accurate stock record for spare parts in physical and in SAP system.
• Assist in controlling all the spare parts stock and maintain the minimum quantity required.
• Assist in handling monthly cycle counts of all spare parts.
Receives, identifies, and verifies delivered materials against purchase
orders.
• Oversea and administers the operations of the store.
• To perform any other duties assigned by the Immediate Superior or management as and when required.
Support Functions in EDA Singapore:
• Provide assistance to the Human Resources, Administrative, Finance and Accounting departments as and when required.
• Duties may include, but are not limited to, document preparation, data entry, petty cash and expenses monitoring, filing, basic bookkeeping, coordination of administrative processes, and other support activities necessary for the smooth functioning of these departments.
Temporary Support for EDA Malaysia - Purchasing Duties:
• Render temporary support in handling purchasing-related tasks for EDA Malaysia operations.
• This may involve sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company procurement policies.
Qualifications/ Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Logistics, Accounts, HR and Admin position
- Experience in a multinational or regional environment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication, and presentation
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
