HR & Admin Support (Contract Role)

Contract Duration: 6 + 6 months
Salary: S$13.64 per hour
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: Central Singapore
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an HR & Administrative Support Executive. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and learning & development activities within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft weekly HR announcements and maintain staff directories and tracking lists.
- Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Assist with invoice processing and raising purchase orders via GeBIZ.
- Provide administrative support for in-house workshops (e.g., sending invites, managing registrations, booking rooms, arranging catering, and coordinating logistics).
- Update Learning & Development databases (e.g., STIP and Gig participation).
- Assist with other administrative tasks such as preparing AOR and refreshments for engagement sessions.
