Job Scope:
Logistics Executive / Shipping & Admin Executive
- Oversee daily shipping operations, including import, export, and transshipment activities
- Coordinate freight bookings, customs clearance, and preparation of shipping documents (Invoice, BL, COO, permits, etc.)
- Track and ensure timely shipment deliveries, liaising with suppliers, forwarders, and factories
- Monitor and update inventory movements using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Manage billing, verify freight costs, support cost control, and coordinate with finance and vendors
- Maintain shipment reports and handle general administrative support for the shipping team
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping operations
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation
Sales Admin
Job Scope:
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders for customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for delivery arrangements.
- Update sales records, reports, and customer database.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate with relevant experience are welcome to apply
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
