Job Summary:

Salary: Up to $2,600 Basic + AL + AWS + VB + Annual Increment

Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8AM – 5:30PM (Permanent Role)

Working Location: Toh Guan Road (Transport from JE MRT Provided)

Job Scope:

· Customer service via phone & email

· Prepare shipping & import/export documents

· Monitor shipments & ensure timely deliveries

· Coordinate with warehouse for order fulfilment

· Inventory accuracy checks

· Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
