Assistant HR Manager, Employee Engagement

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the annual performance management cycle, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and promotion recommendations.
- Prepare and analyze reports with preliminary ratings and suggestions for promotions.
- Facilitate moderation sessions in collaboration with senior management.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure timely submission of performance appraisal ratings, maintaining clear communication throughout the cycle.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including conducting surveys and analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate the administration of the Employee Engagement Survey, including preparation and communication of results.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop action plans based on survey outcomes.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities or pulse surveys.
- Aid in the management of the annual conflict of interest and compliance leave exercises, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to policies.
- Undertake additional projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university; a postgraduate qualification in HR Management is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Strong positive attitude, effective follow-up skills, and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional project management, organizational skills, and proactivity.
- A passion for delivering results through collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Strong personal values and professional ethics.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Canva and similar tools is an advantage.
