HR Manager (C&B, Operations)
- Location: Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid – co-working space)
- Travel: Once a month to Singapore HQ
- Reporting to: Group HR Director, Singapore
- Salary: Up to RM 17,000 per month (based on seniority)
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
Employee Relations
- Manage conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Compliance & Legal
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Handle workplace investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee health and safety compliance (e.g., OSHA).
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
HR Information Systems (HRIS) & Records
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
- Administer payroll systems (e.g., [insert system name]).
- Prepare HR analytics and reports.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance.
Organizational Development
- Build and strengthen company culture through engagement events.
- Support change management and workforce restructuring.
- Contribute to strategic HR planning and organizational development.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and oversee development programs.
Performance Management
- Manage performance appraisal frameworks and KPI alignment.
Recruitment & Staffing
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in any discipline or above.
- Singapore working experience is a must.
- Proven experience leading a small HR team (up to 4 pax).
- Good interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and travel monthly to Singapore HQ.
