Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily operation and ensuring seamless guest service
· Oversee the daily operations of the apartment and manage all departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage
· Serves as a leader in displaying outstanding hospitality skills
· Ensuring high levels of service satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
· Managing budgets and financial plans and controlling expenditure
· Planning maintenance work, events
· Ensure safety and hygiene in work areas
· Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
· Ensure all facilities and rooms are well maintained and meet safety standards
Required skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum Diploma and 3 years' experience in 5-star hotel or similar hospitality setting preferred.
· Experience: Previous experience in a service management role or related field is essential.
· Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide staff effectively.
· Customer-Focused: A strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
· Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills to address service issues promptly.
· Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
· Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices relevant to the service sector.
