Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with enthusiasm and provide exceptional experience
- Assist with crowd control and maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons
- Serve drinks and bottle service to guests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions
- Monitor alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary to promote responsible drinking
- Keep the bar and lounge areas clean and organized throughout the night
- Collaborate with DJs, security staff, and other team members to ensure seamless operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or nightlife industry preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Availability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
