About the role

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Taking orders and serving food and beverages efficiently
  3. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
  4. Assisting with food preparation and restocking as needed
  5. Responding promptly to customer requests and addressing any concerns
  6. Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers
  3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
  4. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  5. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
