Job Description

Our client is looking for energetic and customer-oriented Service Crew members to join their team. As the face of the restaurant, you will play a key role in ensuring an excellent dining experience for all guests, working hand-in-hand with the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet, seat, and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve dishes promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations
  • Assist in handling reservations, payments, and feedback
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

  • Some prior service experience in F&B is preferred, but not mandatory (training provided)
  • Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about customer service and teamwork
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (5-day work week rostered)
