Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including FOH and BOH coordination.
  • Ensure smooth service flow during peak and off-peak hours.
  • Monitor outlet cleanliness, ambiance, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Implement and enforce company SOPs to maintain efficiency and quality.

Customer Experience

  • Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain strong guest relationships to encourage repeat business.

Financial Performance

  • Work towards achieving sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Monitor daily sales reports, control costs, and manage inventory to reduce wastage.
  • Assist in pricing strategies, promotional activities, and upselling initiatives.

People Leadership

  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve high performance and service standards.
  • Plan shift rosters, manage attendance, and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for team development.
  • Uphold discipline and handle HR-related matters in coordination with the HR department.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure the outlet complies with NEA, SFA, MOM, and liquor licensing regulations.
  • Enforce food hygiene, workplace safety, and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and corrective actions to maintain compliance.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the marketing team on promotions and events.
  • Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between FOH and BOH.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, staffing, and operational issues.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Hands-on, service-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore's F&B regulatory requirements.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Start Date: January 2026
