The Multi-Outlet Manager works closely with the senior management on strategic business planning and operations. He/She is responsible for the monthly financial performance and day-to-day operations of the outlets under his/her purview.

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Operational Management:
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of outlets to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
  3. Ensure outlets maintain consistent brand standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
  4. Conduct regular visits and audits to both outlets to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

  5. Manage and resolve any operational issues, emergencies, or difficult situations that may arise.

  6. Financial Management:

  7. Take full accountability for the profit and loss (P&L) of outlets, striving to meet or exceed financial targets.
  8. Develop and manage budgets, control costs (e.g., labor, inventory), and analyze financial reports to optimize profitability.
  9. Implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and customer base at outlets.

  10. Oversee inventory management to minimize waste and ensure accuracy.

  11. People Management & Leadership:

  12. Lead, mentor, and develop the outlet managers and their teams, fostering a positive and professional work culture

  13. Conduct regular meetings with outlet managers to communicate goals, provide feedback, and address concerns.

  14. Customer Service & Quality Assurance:

  15. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained at outlets by upholding service and product quality standards.
  16. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and build a loyal customer base.
  17. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across outlets.

Note: This is a 6-day work week position.
