About the role
We are looking for a talented and driven Business Development Associate to join our team at ONEBERRY TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and expanding our customer base. This is a full-time position based in Aljunied, Central Region.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to secure new business
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of client projects
- Tracking and reporting on sales activities and performance metrics
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the technology industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software to manage the sales pipeline
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
