What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying and prospecting new sales leads and opportunities
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  3. Presenting the company's products and services effectively to potential clients
  4. Negotiating and closing sales deals
  5. Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support
  6. Collaborating with the business development team to develop and implement sales strategies
  7. Achieving individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. Some experience in sales, preferably in the building trades industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Enthusiasm, drive and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  6. Valid Class 2B or Class 3 driver's license and consistent access to a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle are essential
