  • Oversee the creation and review of marketing and promotional materials to ensure they meet local regulatory standards and reflect the company's ethical guidelines.
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies, ensuring that business proposals, client onboarding, and communication materials are compliant from the outset.
  • Stay abreast of evolving industry regulations, market trends, and best practices to ensure both proactive risk mitigation and strategic alignment.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, customer trust, and overall compliance culture within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in a dual-capacity role involving business development and compliance, or in both fields individually.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare or insurance preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think commercially while maintaining a high standard of integrity and risk awareness.
  • Organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
