Location: Aljunied
Basic Salary: $3000 - $4000
Responsibilities:
- Assist on recruitment processes including screening, interviews, and work pass applications.
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and related HR administration.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR database, and documentation
- Process monthly payroll and administer employee benefits.
- Implement and update HR policies, manuals, and guidelines.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide conflict resolution support.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and provide updates to management.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attentive to details
