At RE:HARVEST, we specialize in developing and commercializing sustainable food ingredients through food upcycling technology. Our core business focuses on collecting grain-based by-products—such as spent grain from beer production and wheat bran from flour mills—and transforming them into high-performance functional food powders under the brand name RE:NERGY.

Unlike traditional recycling, our process upgrades these by-products into ingredients that meet food-grade safety standards and deliver enhanced nutritional value, including high dietary fiber, protein, and antioxidant content. This is made possible through our proprietary processing technology that includes deodorization, low-temperature drying, fine particle milling, and functional tuning to ensure uniform quality and application flexibility.

Our RE:NERGY powders are widely used in baked goods, snacks, ready meals, and alternative foods, meeting the demands of both consumers and food manufacturers looking for clean-label, eco-conscious solutions. By addressing the dual challenges of food waste and carbon emissions, we provide a circular solution that contributes to carbon reduction (11kg CO₂ per 1kg of powder) and water savings (up to 3.7 tons per kg).

We also work closely with F&B brands, research institutions (such as Nanyang Technological University), and public-sector partners to continuously expand the application of upcycled ingredients through R&D collaboration, product co-development, and ESG-oriented partnerships.

[Position Summary]

RE:HARVEST is a pioneering food upcycling company based in Korea, redefining how the world approaches food sustainability. We transform food by-products into functional, eco-friendly ingredients—creating new value from what was once waste.

We are currently looking for passionate and globally minded talent, including international students and bilingual Korean nationals, to join our R&D and International Sales/Business Development teams.

[Qualifications]

·       Candidates with scientific, food-related, or sustainability backgrounds (for R&D roles)

·       Candidates with strong communication skills and a global mindset (for business development roles)

·       English proficiency is required; additional language skills (e.g., Korean, Chinese, Bahasa, etc.) are a plus
