About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sale Drive and Warehouse professional to join our team at ASIA FOOD PRODUCTS INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD'. In this full-time role based in the Central Region, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and managing our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and timely distribution of our products.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively engaging with existing and potential customers to generate new sales opportunities
  • Managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in our warehouse, ensuring stock levels are maintained
  • Coordinating with the transportation team to ensure the timely delivery of products to customers
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting on stock levels and warehouse activities
  • Assisting with the implementation of warehouse efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to our client base
  • Collaborating with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales and warehousing role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
  • Forklift operation experience and a valid forklift license would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and decision-making
