Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain the company's Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure safety and quality.
  • Document and report non-conformities, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, BRC, SFA, and other food safety regulations.
  • Liaise with production, operations, and external stakeholders on quality-related matters.
  • Support training programs to promote quality awareness among staff.
  • Maintain accurate QA/QC records, reports, and documentation for audits and certifications.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant QA/QC experience in the food manufacturing or F&B industry.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP, SFA requirements).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
