QA Executive

Our client is a MNC healthcare market management provider company. They are currently seeking for QA Executive.

The role of the QA Executive includes:

Primary Purpose and Function

• Ensure secondary assembly operations are performed per SOP and PIC/S GMP applicable guidelines.
• Ensure sufficient PM inventory levels to prevent disruption to secondary assembly operations.
• Responsible for creating Master Batch Packaging Record (MBPR) for Non-Pharmaceutical Products.
• Introduce process improvements relevant to secondary assembly operations.
• Maintain housekeeping of the re-dressing area.
• Perform 100% Incoming Quality Inspection for Pharmaceutical Trade Returned Products.
• Perform Sampling Incoming Quality Inspection and reporting based on Principal Artwork (as per Technical Agreement).
• Report and follow up on non-conforming products (inclusive of Incoming, Outgoing, Returns, 3PI, and Redressing).
• Report, monitor, and close Customer Complaints.
• Monitor and verify warehouse temperature and humidity records.

Secondary Assembly (Redressing Activities)

• Work closely with the Redressing Team Lead and QC in executing daily redressing operational activities.
• Redressing activities are completed following closely to the priority list provided by the Operations Manager.
• To review the Master Batch Packaging Record (MBPR) and coordinate with RA for any queries and or confirmation on work instructions
• Verify incoming of Printed Packaging Materials (PPM).
• Replenish Printed Packaging Materials (PPM).
• Update PPM Masterfile & release monthly report to internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsible for in-house printing of Labels.
• Coordinate with warehouse Inbound & Outbound teams to complete redressing activities.
• Monitor, track and prepare monthly Redressing KPI report for internal and external clients.

QA Operational Activities

• Works with Operations Inbound Team, as and when an incoming shipment requires Quality Inspection.
• Results will be submitted to Principal for disposition or market release approval.
• Works with Operations Returns Team, as and when Pharmaceutical Products are returned, for 100% inspection and provision of QA disposition.
• Works with internal and external stakeholders in reporting material discrepancy and customer complaints.
• Reports Inbound Shipment (Temperature - related) to principal, as per Principal Request.
• Monitors and verifies warehouse temperature and Humidity Records.

Other roles and responsibilities

• Assist in verification of Monthly Pest Control records.
• Assist in proper filing of QA documents.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Assist Quality Assurance Assistant Manager to investigate feedback/complaints.
• Back-up for QC when needed.
• Ensure Annual GxP E-Learning Training is completed.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree qualification, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, preferably in a logistics, warehousing, or distribution environment.
• Experience in MBPR is an advantage.
