About Us
We are a growing furniture and IT company seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth running of our financial and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using Xero and QuickBooks.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
- Assist with expense management.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding billing and payment queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Xero and QuickBooks.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
