Examination Administration Executive

Accountabilities
1. Regulatory Compliance: Support the implementation of regulatory standards and controls within EA processes.
2. Examination Administration: Plan and execute activities necessary to support the smooth administration of SIM PL examinations.
3. Audits: Ensure readiness of documentations to support all internal and external audits on EA department.
4. Records Keeping: Maintain examination records in accordance to established EA processes.
5. EA Policies and Procedures: Provide inputs to the review of EA policies and procedures to meet operational/annual review requirements.
6. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Recommend and implement improvements to EA processes to address new business requirements/user experience and in achieving operational efficiency.
7. Budgeting: Monitor and manage the annual budget of EA department for budget items assigned by Reporting Officer.
8. Examination Board Support: Plan and execute activities needed to generate reports and analysis of examination results/statistics.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- A Bachelor's Degree, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in higher education.- Proven track records of collaborating with team in achieving results.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to plan, organise and time manage under pressure.- Independent and resourceful; collaborate effectively with others to achieve goals.- Meticulous and process oriented.- Good learning agility; constantly recommend improvements and capable of adapting to evolving job requirements.- Proficient in utilising digital tools to enhance work effectiveness.
