
HR cum Account Assistant/ Executive

Responsibilities:
HR:
- Perform Recruitment, On-Boarding & Off-Boarding Process.
- Manage and process Monthly Payroll.
- Issuance of HR Documentations (Letter of Appointment, Increment of Salary etc.)
- Apply/Renew/Cancel of Work Pass for Foreign Employees (WP, SP and EP)
- Updating, Monitoring & Maintaining of Attendance & Leaves in HRM System
- Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of courses, updating & maintaining training records.
Administration:
- Handle phone calls, emails & walk-ins
- Purchase of Office Stationery & handling of Office Maintenance Matters.
- Provide administrative support such as issuance & scanning of documents.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Accounts:
- Record journal entries based on bank statements.
- Prepare payment vouchers.
- Liaise with accountants and auditors.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, sales reports, and leave reports as required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess minimum of Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Meticulous with excellent organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: $2, $3,500.00 per month
