Job Summary:

Acts as a trusted liaison for executives, board members, and external partners while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate, financial, or strategic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate secretarial practices, board governance, business securities, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience supporting business strategy and managing public relations or corporate communications.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
