Corporate Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to spearhead our corporate and fleet sales initiatives. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with companies, industry associations, and key stakeholders to drive BYD's corporate vehicle sales and employee purchase programs.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing tailored sales proposals, and nurturing long-term B2B relationships that align with our dealership's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Account Management
· Identify and engage potential corporate clients, including SMEs, MNCs, and government-linked companies.
· Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate accounts to drive consistent sales volume.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
· Develop customised proposals and pricing packages tailored to each corporate client's requirements.
· Work closely with the marketing team to plan targeted outreach campaigns and events for corporate clients.
· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly corporate sales targets.
3. Event & Partnership Management
· Represent the dealership at corporate roadshows, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
· Coordinate with internal departments for vehicle test drives, product demos, and client engagement sessions.
· Support the General Manager in implementing long-term partnership programs with business chambers, trade associations, and fleet customers.
4. Reporting & Administration
· Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
· Maintain accurate CRM records of all leads, opportunities, and client communications.
· Ensure all sales documentation and contracts are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· Minimum 2 years of B2B or corporate sales experience, preferably in automotive, leasing, or mobility sectors.
· Proven ability to build relationships and close deals with corporate clients.
· Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a passion for sustainability and electric vehicles.
· Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
