AI Governance Lead

Why we need you

We're looking for an experienced AI Governance Lead to shape our AI strategy, establish governance standards, and guide responsible deployment across the organisation.

What you'll work on

We're after someone with the right mix of technical insight, governance expertise, and stakeholder management — someone who can balance innovation with responsibility. In this role, you'll:

  • Develop and implement AI governance frameworks aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Create playbooks and guidelines to standardise AI implementation practices.
  • Collaborate with business units to align AI use cases and learnings.
  • Work with legal, risk, and compliance teams on ethical AI protocols.
  • Partner with external organisations to advance AI collaboration and innovation.

Your keys to success

You'll thrive in this role if you combine strategic thinking with hands-on technical knowledge and a strong sense of accountability. You'll bring:

  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in AI, Data Science, or Analytics.
  • At least 1 years' experience in AI governance and AI/ML delivery.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies, frameworks, and practical business applications.
  • Familiarity with evolving AI regulations and responsible AI best practices.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
