Strategic Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Hunter Role
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key customers
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
- Support execution of global sales and purchasing strategies
- Develop deep understanding of customer structure, culture, and requirements
- Take ownership of personal training in sales, sourcing, and throughput
- Ensure accurate entry of customer requirements into the ERP system
- Achieve monthly and quarterly gross profit sales targets
- Represent and uphold the company's culture, values, and value proposition
- Respond promptly with reliable solutions to customer needs
- Maintain detailed records of contracts, quotations, and customer interactions in the ERP system
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer activities and sales performance
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business or Engineering
- At least 4 years of sales experience in electronics industry
- Driven and Hunter with sales track record
