Join our dynamic team as a Spare Parts Manager, where you'll lead the charge in expanding our OEM and aftermarket network, driving sales, and securing high-value partnerships across the automotive industry.
Your Mission:
As our Spare Parts Manager, you'll be at the forefront of sourcing innovation, responsible for identifying top-tier OEM and aftermarket suppliers, developing strategic sales plans, and managing supplier relationships to ensure quality, profitability, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- OEM & Aftermarket Partner Development
Scout, evaluate, and onboard global suppliers to strengthen our sourcing capabilities. - Sales Strategy & Target Setting
Design and execute monthly and annual sales plans. Set and monitor team targets aligned with company goals. - Revenue & Profitability Management
Drive sales performance, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance profit margins. - Supplier Relationship Management
Build long-term partnerships with OEM principals and aftermarket vendors. - Market Intelligence & Benchmarking
Stay ahead of industry trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities. - Tender & Proposal Management
Lead tender participation, RFQs, and contract negotiations. Prepare winning proposals and close strategic deals. - Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, operations, and finance to deliver customer-centric solutions. - Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure all parts meet regulatory and quality standards. - Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track KPIs, analyze pipeline progress, and report to senior management.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive spare parts (OEM/Aftermarket)
- Proven success in strategic sourcing and deal-making
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
