About the Role:
We are seeking a customer-focused Project Assistant to support our Client Services team. You will handle inbound enquiries from companies and individuals, provide relevant information, and connect clients with the right teams or agencies. The role also involves supporting reception duties at our Level 28 meeting space and assisting guests in navigating the facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support reception duties, especially during peak hours at Level 28
- Respond to client enquiries and provide relevant guidance
- Coordinate with internal teams and other agencies to address requests
- Perform administrative tasks related to client engagement
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer engagement experience
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Quick learner with initiative and resourcefulness
- Customer-centric with a proactive service attitude
