Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and resilient Customer Service Officer to support daily clinic operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is confident, able to juggle multiple tasks at once, and comfortable dealing with challenging patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients and walk-in visitors, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
  • Handle patient registration, health screening coordination, and medical appointment booking.
  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, directing patients to the right services.
  • Update and maintain accurate patient records and documentation (digital and physical) in line with clinic SOPs.
  • Uphold clinic standards by maintaining a clean, orderly, and professional environment.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and stay composed in a fast-paced setting.

General Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service or patient-facing experience preferred.
  • Able to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Professional, polite, and patient when dealing with challenging clients.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling systems).
  • Able to commit to the whole contract period.
