Finance Analyst (Operations Excellence) – 1-Year Contract

Location: Raffles Place

Salary: Up to $6,500/month (no bonus)

About the Role:

Join the high-performing APAC & METAP MSO (Global Monetization Strategy & Operations) team to support advertising business growth. You will partner with business leaders to streamline processes, optimize CRM systems, manage sales incentives, and provide actionable business insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Incentives: Manage end-to-end sales incentive processes from calculation to payout; work with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and efficiency; meet tight deadlines.
  • CRM Optimization & Process Development: Collaborate with Sales and CRM teams to optimize processes; implement standardization projects across APAC & METAP; provide guidelines and training.
  • Business Analytics & Reporting: Conduct analytical reviews and provide data-driven recommendations; create management dashboards and reports; coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR/Payroll, Product, and HQ teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in fast-paced companies, ideally in Media Operations, Digital Advertising, BI, Revenue Strategy/Operations, or Audit.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint). BI system experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, independent, proactive, and capable of driving projects to completion with focus and determination.
