Sales Coordinator/ Support Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve Purchase Orders, and handle the processing of Sales Orders
  • Prepare Delivery Orders and Sales Orders
  • Assist in the daily operations of the Sales and Administration Department
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as general filing, managing logistics documentation, and coordinating shipments with both local and international freight forwarders
  • Familiarity with import/export procedures, cargo handling, and customs clearance
  • Undertake other related responsibilities as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in administration and sales coordination
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
