Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, ensuring timely communication, and maintaining important documents.
  • Monitor and maintain sales-related equipment and materials.
  • Address customer complaints and provide after-sales support as needed.
  • Process orders accurately and promptly.
  • Communicate unforeseen delays or issues to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of previous experience as a sales coordinator.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in a commodity trading house is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in letters of credit (LC) is preferred.
