What You'll Do
  • Prospect, pitch, and build strong client relationships in logistics and freight forwarding
  • Manage urgent cargo charter requests — from enquiry to completion
  • Work closely with airline operators to source aircraft solutions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive, dynamic environment
  • Handle quotes, proposals, and post-flight follow-up to ensure repeat business

What We're Looking For
  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Logistics, Aviation or related field (fresh grads welcome)
  • Excellent communication skills (bonus if fluent in Mandarin/Thai/Vietnamese)
  • Competitive, target-driven, and adaptable in high-pressure situations
  • Strong numeracy skills and commercial awareness
  • Willing to travel and manage urgent schedules when needed
