Our client is a renowned homegrown luxury bridal boutique. As part of their continued expansion, we are seeking a driven and passionate Senior Sales Consultant / Bridal Stylist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in delivering high-touch, personalized service and possesses a deep passion for fashion, styling and luxury client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct private bridal consultations and fittings, offering expert styling advice with warmth and sophistication
  • Manage the end-to-end bridal journey — from first appointment through to gown collection and post-purchase follow-up
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to boutique performance goals
  • Provide solution-oriented recommendations tailored to each bride's style and preferences
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships, generating referrals, repeat business, and enduring brand loyalty
  • Represent the boutique and its international designers with poise, professionalism and deep product knowledge

Job Requirements:

  • Strong customer service background with the ability to build trust quickly and manage emotional, high-stakes decisions
  • Passion for fashion, couture styling, and creating unforgettable experiences
  • Target-driven, resilient, and motivated by performance and commission
  • Polished presentation, excellent communication, and empathy in client engagement
  • Ability to work retail hours, 1 weekend, and boutique events
