Digital Innovation Sales Consultant
Work Location: Central Area, Singapore
Job Type: Permanent
About the Role:
We're looking for a Digital Innovation Sales Consultant to help us bring cutting‑edge solutions—think AI/ML platforms, cloud‑native services, cybersecurity offerings, and IoT ecosystems— to market. As an entry‑level member of our Sales & Solutions team, you'll harness digital tools and data‑driven insights to identify prospects, nurture relationships, and support clients on their digital transformation journeys.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct AI-driven market research and prospecting using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social listening.
- Execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, social, chatbots, events) and qualify leads for handoff.
- Lead client discovery sessions to map needs to AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and IoT solutions.
- Prepare tailored sales materials including one-pagers, slide decks, and ROI tools.
- Support proposal creation, proof-of-concept planning, and product demos/webinars.
- Track and optimize KPIs via dashboards (e.g., Power BI); recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on content and campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and community forums.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to internal innovation efforts.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Arts, Business, Marketing, Computer Studies, Information Systems or related fields.
- Strong interest in next‑gen tech trends—AI/ML, cloud, cybersecurity, IoT—and how they drive business outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging digital content.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, agile environment, both independently and as part of a distributed team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), social‑selling tools, and basic data‑visualization (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or digital transformation is advantageous but not required.
