Central Region, Singapore VSMART TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. Full time $30,000 - $60,000 per year

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at a leading Telco retail store. The successful candidate will take full ownership of store sales operations — from achieving sales targets and maintaining customer relationships, to managing demo phone deployment and liaising with telco partners.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Product Promotion & Sales

  2. Actively promote and demonstrate the latest mobile phones.

  3. Explain product features, specifications, promotions, and benefits clearly to customers.
  4. Recommend suitable mobile plans (e.g. Singtel, StarHub, M1) based on customer needs.

  5. Customer Service

  6. Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  7. Answer inquiries related to devices, plans, warranties, and after-sales support.
  8. Guide customers through the purchase process smoothly and confidently.

  9. Sales Target & Commission

  10. Achieve individual and store sales targets.

  11. Earn attractive commission based on the number of mobile phones sold – higher sales = higher commission
  12. Guaranteed minimum KPI performance support for the first 6 months (to help you build momentum and customer base).
  13. Accurately record daily sales and report performance to management.

  14. Product Display & Inventory

  15. Ensure product displays and demo units are clean, functional, and well-presented.

  16. Assist with simple stock monitoring and restocking.
  17. Manage deployment, maintenance, and replacement of demo phones.
  18. Support in-store merchandising, promotional setup, and visual presentation.

  19. Teamwork & Feedback

  20. Collaborate with store team and telco brand representatives.

  21. Attend product training sessions to stay updated on new launches.
  22. Share customer feedback and market insights with the management team.

  23. Telco Partner Liaison

  24. Build and maintain strong relationships with telco brand representatives and channel managers.

  25. Share market feedback and customer insights with both management and telco partners.

Work Schedule:
  • 6-day work week
  • Working on Saturdays and Sundays is compulsory
  • One rest day on weekdays (Monday to Friday)
  • Must be willing to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays

Requirements:
  • Prior sales experience preferred, especially in mobile or electronics retail
  • Outgoing, confident, and customer-oriented personality
  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Malay/Tamil is an advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
