Responsibilities:

  • Build and expand customer networks for Industrial Sensors, Power Supplies, Cables, Vision Cameras and Networking solutions.
  • Identify new opportunities, manage the pipeline through CRM, and collaborate with the technical support team to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Engage with major customers through field visits to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Assess customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Organize and conduct webinars, roadshows, product seminars, technology days, and presentations; manage related projects.
  • Keep customers updated on new product launches and market solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, repeat orders, and long-term retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Controls, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in Sensors & Control, Automation products/solutions, or relevant application sales.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Solid product and application knowledge in Industrial Automation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong customer focus.
