  • Sales Coordinator – Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, client follow-ups, and coordination with internal departments. Ensure smooth and timely delivery of products and services. Support in product purchasing.
  • Operations Admin Executive – Handle daily administrative and operational tasks, maintain records, prepare reports, and support the smooth running of business operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business / Administration or related field.
  • Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in sales coordination or operations administration is an advantage.
