Job Scope:
Sales Support Executive
1. Sales Operation
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product and order details.
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders with a focus on small to mid-sized accounts.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships and identify upsell or repeat business opportunities.
- Liaise with internal teams (Production, QA, Logistics) to align on delivery timelines and order feasibility.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and act on opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
2. Procurement
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Request, compare, and analyze vendor quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to secure optimal value.
- Place purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier contracts.
- Ensure goods and services meet required specifications, cost, quality, timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure material readiness for customer orders.
- Acts as the Point of Contact (PIC) for GB part creation and maintain related documentation
- Support and manage the Approved Vendor List (AVL), including vendor audits, qualifications and compliance requirements
3. Order Fulfilment Executive
- Process and manage customer orders using Autocount Accounting Systems.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Production, and QA/Compliance teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor order status and proactively update customers.
- Handle orders, returns, and issue resolutions.
- Acts as the primary contact for customer inquiries and delivery updates.
- Collaborate with Sales and QA teams to align on service expectations and resolve any operational issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service follow-up.
Sales Coordinator
- Sales support experience
- Coordinate & processing of related sales matters, preparing DO, sales invoices.Experience dealing with customers, creating quotations and invoice, and coordinating delivery dates
- Understanding of B2B (corporate sales).
- Process sales orders and follow up on order status, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
Admin Executive
- Issue quotation and invoice
- General admin and data entry
- Support sales team on administration matters
- Report to sales manager
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Job Requirements:
- Candidates with Sales Support / Admin or any other related experiences are welcome to apply
- Entry level are welcome to apply training is provided
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of engineering or technical products is an advantage
